Arc Studio Architecture & Urbanism Pte Ltd and Tinderbox Landscape Studio designed Hillhaven, drawing inspiration from the tropical rainforest and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. The facade features vertical panels of light beige faux sandstone with champagne gold metallic accents. A linear wall of trees conceals the car park, adorned with green vines and champagne-gold tones. A serene plaza and a discreet guardhouse with signature trees lead to a curved drop-off. The tower blocks feature teal glazing with green and blue hues, framed by champagne gold and sandy tones, with a tessellated crown mimicking sunlight through the canopy. Elevated landscapes mirror rivers and lakes, incorporating golden decks and cooling pools. Curvilinear planes reflect the rainforest's fluid forms. A covered linkway connects to a sky terrace, function hall, and gym amidst lush greenery. Interiors feature minimalist designs in travertine colours, light wood, and golden highlights. Pavilions are available for activities like BBQ gatherings and pickleball or half basketball.

Hillhaven condominium is a 4-minute walk from Hillview MRT station on the Downtown Line (DTL). The DTL connects to other MRT lines: the Circle Line via Botanic Gardens, North-South Line via Newton, Thomson-East Coast Line via Stevens, North East Line via Little India, and East-West Line via Bugis.
